District Nurses

We have several district nurses attached to our practice. They are based at Sydenham Green Health Centre and can be contacted on 020 8314 7777. They provide nursing services to housebound patients. Patients can be referred to a district nurse by their GPs and Practice Nurses at the Practice or by the
hospital discharge planning team.

Community District Nurses based at Sydenham Green Health

Midwives

The Practice is linked to the community Midwives from University Hospital Lewisham. They attend the practice on Thursday mornings for antenatal clinics and can be contacted on 020 83333000 via the Delivery Suite – University Hospital Lewisham.
